Crystals are used in various ways throughout the treatment. Specifically chosen crystals are laid on and around you working their magic as you drop into a state of peace and calm with a guided breath meditation.

A deep cleanse is followed by exfoliation using natural skincare products. You will then experience facial reflexology and a powerful facial massage using Gua-Sha, crystal mushrooms, vacuum cups and a crystal eye mask to sculpt and contour the face.

Hot stones soften and relax the tight muscles of your neck and shoulders to promote an even deeper state of relaxation.
What to expect...
A deep cleanse is followed by exfoliation using warm ceramic Akwaterra pods which eliminate dead skin cells, refine and purify the epidermis and bring the most beautiful glow to your skin.
You will then experience facial reflexology followed by a powerful facial massage using Gua-Sha, crystal mushrooms, vacuum cups and a crystal eye mask to sculpt and contour the face, the crystals are cooled to bring the added benefits associated with ice therapy.

Facial reflexology
Facial reflexology aims to help your entire body function at its optimal level. It promotes a more radiant and glowing complexion which has positive emotional benefits. The face's proximity to the brain is key to the effectiveness of manipulating facial reflex points which directly connect to the body's neural pathways. Facial reflexology focuses on reflex points on the face and encourages the release of toxins via the lymphatic system.
Facial Massage
After the 20 minute facial reflexology treatment the facial massage also helps to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, decreasing stress hormones, which in turn lowers heart rate, anxiety and stress levels.

This is followed by facial cupping techniques, and facial gua-sha, which stimulate the circulation bringing radiance and a youthful glow.

We then use sound to penetrate into the cells and organs of your body focusing on the heart bringing them back into alignment and with that a sense of inner peace and harmony.
